Nap Mattress Q&A
We do not recommend washing Nemuriya's nap futons, regardless of the cotton type, in a home washing machine or laundromat, as this can cause the cotton to become uneven. Please wash the dirty parts by pinching them or take them to a dry cleaner.
Dry in the sun for about 2 hours on a sunny day. (If you dry it for too long, the fabric will be easily damaged.)
After that, you can vacuum it to make it look neat.

We recommend the extra large size for larger children or those who plan to use it for a long period of time (3 years or more).
In particular, we recommend increasing the thickness of your mattress, as this will make your sleep more stable and increase your durability.

It depends on the fabric you use, but we recommend making it a little larger to allow for shrinkage after washing.
As a guideline, if the nap mat you have ordered is the "regular type", please choose one that is 2 to 3 cm larger in both length and width than the ordered size. If it is the "extra large type", please choose one that is 5 cm larger.
The black bumps you see inside the cotton are the shells of the "cotton flower." The raw material for cotton is the white fluff that comes out after the cotton plant bursts.
When this is milled into cotton and made into futons, a small amount of brown skin may remain.
These parts look like black bumps inside the futon and can be mistaken for dirt or mold, but they are actually harmless shells.
The amount of husk may vary depending on the time of year the cotton was grown and the cotton milling process.
Since the futon is made of white fabric, you may be concerned about this, but please rest assured that it is not mold or other issues.
