For each product purchased, we will trade in one unwanted down comforter.
Only down comforters can be traded in, so please check the quality label before applying.

Down comforter collection procedure

1. A cash-on-delivery slip addressed to our store will be delivered along with this product.
2. Place the down comforter you wish to trade in into the bag this product was delivered in, pack it up, and send it to us with the cash-on-delivery label attached.
3. Please call the enclosed "Collection hotline (post office)" to request a collection. We will come to your home to collect your trade-in duvet.
