Delivery example #005
Hello everyone, this is Kanauchi Kaito from Sleep Shop. This time, I will introduce a case where we re-stuffed a futon.
The highlight of this re-stuffing is the condition of the futons we have received. I will tell you the details, so please read to the end.

The quilt I treasured
A comforter that has been used as the children grow up. This comforter is not just a comforter, but a comforter filled with family memories.
However, as time passes and your child grows, children's futons will gradually become obsolete. I think that in many cases, people end up throwing away futons that they no longer use because they have trouble storing them. Many people feel bad about just throwing them away because they are filled with so many memories .
About the items we store
Condition of the quilt
The filling was unevenly distributed, torn, and in clumps, creating quite an impact in appearance. It also lost most of its original shape and was no longer usable as a comforter.
However, upon closer inspection, the quality of the cotton was good and it was possible to refill it.

A cotton futon that has become unevenly distributed and clumped
A typical example of cotton becoming uneven, torn, or clumped is washing it in a home washing machine or a large coin laundry, because the "stitching threads" that hold the cotton in place break.
When you want to clean it, you can avoid these kinds of problems by asking a professional cleaning company to do it.
It is unfortunate that a customer's treasured comforter has become so tattered , but with re-stuffing it, it can be transformed into a new comforter.
Please rest assured that the condition of the filling is important when re-stuffing .
Finished product and finish
After re-stuffing, the futon is now completely different from the one we received. We are pleased that the precious futon given to us by the family can now be used again.

summary
The futon we received had its filling in tatters and had almost lost its functionality as a comforter. However, by re-stuffing it, we were able to give it a new life as a new comforter and restore its functionality.
Even if you think that you can no longer use your futon, you can re-stuff it and give it a new life. Even if you don't have to re-stuff a futon, you can also re-stuff bed pads, cushions, and other cushions, and create items that suit your lifestyle.
